Return & Refund Policy – Myurika

At Myurika, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

📦Note: Products that are on sale or part of limited-time offers may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@myurika.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup (if available in your area) or share the return address for self-shipping.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or color, you may return the product and place a new order.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
